Liang Zhou he is a professor in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China.

His research interests are in the area of multimedia communications and networks. He currently serves as an editor for IEEE Network, IEEE Wireless Communications, etc. He also serves as Co-Chair and Technical Program Committee (TPC) member for a number of international conferences and workshops.
