Registration includes access to the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Daily Lunches, Industry Day, Student Research Forum, Sensors Startup Summit, Technical Session, and Plenary Presentations
- Scholarships will be granted to students registering as authors and will be announced soon (tentatively around paper acceptance result)
- Partial support will be provided to the Startups Founders/Representatives attending the Sensors Startup Summit on 24 Jan 2023
Student Research Forum (SRF) and Live Demo Presenter Registration
Students registering under SRF and Live Demo are also eligible for scholarship and will be announced shortly.
SRF and Live Demo registrations do not include Banquet ticket.
SRF is being planned on 24 January 2023.
Live Demo will take place on 25 January 2023.
These two categories will have a reduced registration fee which allows their access to the conference venue for single day when their presentation is scheduled.
Both these categories work will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.

Author Registration
- Note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Explore at least one author must be registered with a full conference registration.
- Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
- All the submitted papers will be evaluated for presentation, in the form of poster or oral presentation.
- Each full registration fee can cover up to 2 papers.
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by November 23, 2022. You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.
